This website is run by Vishwabharati Foods Pvt Ltd, part of the RJ Kalantri Group, Kalantri House, Shivaji Road, Nashik Road, Nashik 422101. In this policy, "we" and "our" mean Vishwabharati Foods Pvt Ltd.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us when you fill in a form, email us or message us on WhatsApp:

Your name, company or firm name, city, town and state
Your phone or WhatsApp number and your email address
The products, quantities and other details you write in your message

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and send quotations, samples and specification sheets
To process orders and send dispatch and invoice updates
To review distributor applications
To send product news or offers, only if you agree to receive them

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that help us reply to you, such as our email and WhatsApp Business providers, and only for that purpose. We may also share it when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or order, and to meet our legal and tax duties. After that, we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop sending you messages. Write to sales@kalantri.com and we will reply as soon as we can. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
